I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of the excellent service I received from Dr. Gautam V. Kikeri and his staff over the past 8 months. I originally came to see Dr. Kikeri for a tooth that was cracked and needed to be fixed. From the first visit to the final visit Dr. Kikeri and his staff were extremely professional. After he fixed the cracked tooth he took the time to talk about the right side of my mouth which was missing three major bottom teeth which was effecting my jaw. He stated that over time the jaw bone would be stressed to the point where i would be experiencing major jaw bone problems. He took the time to identify a solution which included 4 implants with several root cannels. Dr. Kikeri took the necessary time to describe the implant procedure and based on his professional approach with the original care of the cracked tooth, he established a level of trust to consider but once i saw how he took every precaution to ensure that the surgery was successful, the level of sterilization, the care provided by his staff during the procedure, and the use of world class equipment, set me at ease during the entire process. I am very impressed with Dr. kikeri's professional approach and his attention to details. He took his time with me vs. many other dentists who rush you in and get you out in a very short period of time. i could tell that when I was there that to him I was his only patient and he wanted to guarantee great results. I was so impressed with his service and the quality of care received at your hospital that I have recommended him to serveral other Expats who have found similar positive results. Dr. Kikeri is a positive spoke person for your Hospital and represents to me and others what a wonderful, professional. and patient focused organization Dr. L.H.
